4.0 BEFORE THE SNOW FALLS

Those brave or lucky enough to bring one of the last (or first) loads of supplies reap lucrative profits. So every year, as the first flurries swirl, there is a buzz of activity on both sides of the border while the fearless and the desperate prepare to make the dash to the troops.
